Position Details
The University of Lethbridge is seeking an AUPE, full-time, continuing position as a  Graphic Designer (Technical Specialist V) to start work as soon as possible. 

Under the direction of the Manager, Digital Communication and Design, the Graphic Designer works closely with the Senior Designer to design materials (publications, advertisements, logos, etc.) using best practices, established standards, and stakeholder needs to enable departments and faculties to deliver their messages across various mediums in a high quality and consistent way. This includes responding to needs for revisions, tracking progress, reporting and maintaining files. The graphic designer also assists in the development and promotion of design and brand standards across campus.

The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification review for Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) positions.  As such, the classification level currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.
Position Qualifications
  • Post-secondary credential in design or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of related experience. 
  • Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, basic HTML and Drupal experience would be an asset.
Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $5,291.00 - $5,990.00 monthly
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $5,291.00 - $6,687.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 12)
