Position Details
Horns Recreation requires Customer Service Team Members. These positions are casual positions (approximately 10-18.75 hours per week).
 
Horns Recreation Staff are the vital link between our customers and the facilities. These positions require individuals to be outgoing, confident, analytical, and have excellent customer service skills. Successful candidates must have a drive to learn and have a complete understanding of Horns Recreation programs, services, and memberships.

The main duties and responsibilities of this position include: membership and locker sales program registrations, cash reconciliation, first responder to first aid situations, and other duties as required. The Customer Service Centre receives all non-specific inbound phone calls to campus – strong communication skills, the ability to think fast, and problem solve will serve you well. A high level of customer engagement is an absolute requirement of this position.

Manual duties include set up of events and light cleaning, including laundry.
 
Hiring Wage: $19.71 per hour

Hours of Work: Successful candidates must be flexible and able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, shifts work between 5:15am and 12:30am
 
Start Date: We plan to hire 4-6 people in total with 2 starting in July and the remaining individuals starting mid-August, or once the right Team members have been hired, with the intent to have all staff ready to go for the start of the school year.
Position Qualifications
Aside from a winning personality and amazing people skills, the successful candidate must have valid certificates in;

- Standard First Aid (current within 2 years)
- CPR Level C (current within 1 year)
- AED Training (current within 1 year). 
 
Experience with program registration software is desirable. The successful candidate(s) will be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check (CRC).
