Position
The Faculty of Health Sciences has an opening for one probationary (tenure-track) position with a background in counselling, addictions, or related disciplines.  The successful candidate will have a track record in research, and the ability to teach in our undergraduate and graduate programs in the Faculty of Health Sciences.  This position will commence on January 1, 2024.
 
Qualifications
A Ph.D. in a discipline related to counselling and/or addictions and a commitment to developing and maintaining a program of research. Relevant counselling experience in mental health and/or addictions and professional counselling designation are assets.
 
Academic Setting
The Faculty of Health Sciences currently offers undergraduate and graduate education. Undergraduate programs include Aboriginal Health, Addictions Counselling, Nursing, Public Health and Therapeutic Recreation. Remuneration
You will receive an excellent salary commensurate with your experience, an annual professional development allowance, as well as a benefit package, including a tuition benefit for University of Lethbridge programming, and relocation assistance.
